Koh Phangan is a Dream Island for foreigners looking for a bit of both of the two world. Party on one side of the island and nature and quiet on the other. Houses are really cheap there and very practical. All furnished, kitchen, air-con, high-speed wi-fi, private terrace and garden, even if you get lucky and there is some available in Hin-Kong Resort or Lake view houses, you can even have a view on the ocean. Either a view on Koh Tao or Koh Samui. All of this for as lees as       10 000 baht ( 250 euros ) a month this is very cheap.

The island have little restaurant, reggae bars, pubs, bungalows, golf training range, tattoo artists, Muay Thai schools and very good diving centers.

Scuba Diving in Koh Phangan has been very popular since a long time due to the famous site name Sail Rock. Sail Rock is categorized in many traveling guides, like one of the best diving spot in the Gulf of Thailand. You can see Bull Sharks, wich are always there, sometimes whale sharks comes around the rock to feed from the enormous quantity of plankton brought by the different currents streaming around. This dive guarantee a minimum of 100 000 fishes on the dive site, sometimes even more. At only an hour from Koh Phangan, 20 minutes with a speed boat, it makes a the perfect start for a day on Koh Phangan. You are back from the trip at around 14:30 and have the rest of the day to go to the beach or to ride around the island with a motorbike.

Party on the island is very nice.  Their is party for every taste of music, hip hop, trance, techno, black moon party, shiva moon, half moon, full moon, jungle party, waterfall party and many different pool party.  A must to go will be the coral bungalow pool party.  Don’t bring your phone, because you will probably end up in the pool with it.  There is a lot of nice girls, a very nice atmosphere and the pool is next to the beach. The beer is also very cheap.

I rented a motorbike and went to Ubud to visit the Rice terraces. It took me 2 hours to get there. The route is not difficult but there is so many traffic, but the advantage with a motorbike, you can skip most of it. For the international driving license thing when driving a motorbike, it exists. They do ask you if they see you riding a motorbike and you are a foreigner. The funny thing, I asked a local and he told me that some of them don’t even have a driving license. Anyways, I got arrested one time by them, and I showed my Driving license from home but he did not accept it. After talking with him, trying to explain him that it was also an international license, he got tired and let me go. The police are checking the license only in Kuta Beach, because I never had any problems anywhere else.

After a couple of days, I met my friends from Koh Phangan in Legian.  We had so much fun in Seminyak, it becomes very interesting in the night time, solo artists singing in the bars and people dancing or relaxing on the beach.  The wind is fresh, people are so nice, I think till my travels, Balinese people are the best, always kind, laughing and helpful, they really enjoyed your company and this you can feel it.

Since a long time, I wanted to go to a water park,  but unfortunately for me, areas I live in don’t have those kind of thing.  They have a really cool water park in Kuta Beach call the   ” Waterbom ” They have nice rides, but nothing so scary except maybe the Climax.  We had a lot of fun in the slides and the pools.  We met many people from Australia, for them it is more than cheap to come in Bali for vacations.  Lucky people !!

Five days were left to my vacations, so I decided to go to the Gili Islands with my two friends from France.  We took a speed boat to get there and that is where the vacation really started.  Once you get there you can feel the island mode again, in Bali was nice but still, too crowded and noisy.  Gili Trawangan party and diving video coming soon !!

I was with my friend from Montreal.  We bought ourselves some pink shirts with nice full moon logos on them. We met so many girls and so sexy. We danced with them all night. It was really easy to lost my buddy since so many people were attending the party, but you finally meet back some where with different girls.

The most popular drugs for the party are MDMA, YABA, mushrooms shake or natural and weed.  If you want to buy drugs, don’t go to the locals, they are everywhere on the beach trying to sell it. They will sell you shit for a lot of money and some of them will even send the police on you and they make a commission of your Bail ( 2000 euros )  The best for you is to ask to a foreigner that lives on the island, he might know someone that knows someone for this, and it is cheaper, better and SAFER.

This party goes until very late int he morning, and then there is an after party very close from the beach for those who wish to continue dancing… I prefer going back home with a nice girl those days but I still went there to see and people were half dead with huge eyes dancing.  The most popular bar is the cactus, located in the middle of the beach, it could be a good meeting point with your friends.

On our way back we found many people laying on the beach half conscious. Some people were also fucking each other at the end of the beach in the water, so remember to bring condoms with you because you never know what can happen. This party is crazy, I never seen something like this.If you like nice blond sexy girls from northern Europe or brunettes or what ever you dreamed of, this is for sure the best place to go.

Muslim is the predominant religion in Malaysia, you can find different mosque in the cities and the women are covering their faces.  Muslim is a big religion in the world.  Currently, the most up-to-date reports from an American think tank  have estimated 1.2 to 1.57 billion Muslims populate the world, or about 20% of an estimated 2009 world population of 6.8 billion.

Muslims also believe that Islam is the complete and universal version of a primordial faith that was revealed at many times and places before, including through the prophets Abraham, Moses and Jesus. Muslims maintain that previous messages and revelations have been partially changed or corrupted over time, but consider the Qur’an to be both unaltered and the final revelation from God—Final Testament.

Many authors have written against the violence, corruption, and tyrannical nature of Islam.  Many people wonder about the meaning of Islam.  This religion has many complications that impact every aspect of life for Muslims.  Understanding these complications reveals the truth about Islam : that it cannot serve as the right choice for human beings.  The more people practice Islam, the more fascism, extremism, and violence will result.

I personally stayed one year in an Islamic country and I was really happy to get out.  They are continuously praying and learning the Qur’an. I went very often in the house of friends with who I was working with and as soon as we entered the woman was running in a room to hide her self and pray Allah while guest were in the house.  It was totally forbidden for her to show herself.  In some parts of Islam, women are treated like dogs, like they worth nothing.  Many Muslim kids are raised and told that every non-muslim human should be hated.

In Malaysia my big surprise was that no women were in the streets to prostitutes themselves but only men.  Most of those men had a Sex Change operation. This way, no rules from the Islam Bible was broken.  Women are not allowed to have sex before marriage, and men on their side are very good Muslims so they respect the women and abstain themselves as well of sex until the marriage.  But this here have caused many problems in the Muslim communities, violence, corruption, rape, homosexual are now everywhere, because the only way they can have sex is with a shemale or other male. In Penang it was terrible to see.

In the religion too many Muslim interpreted the religion as the wished, the funniest thing I never eared from them, is ” When the sun goes down, Allah cannot see what you are doing anymore “

This religion is so hypocrite on so many ways.  I lived with Muslim people for a long time, and they drink, smoke Hashish, and have sex with men or other prostitute if they find one.  I mean most of the Islamic country do not allowed you to go out of your country until a certain age or even never, guess why ?

Take a Muslim practicant, take him out of this continuous Brain Storming, bring him in Thailand, Phuket and you will see what will happen after a few days.  Straight to the lady bars, drinking beer and having a Great Time.  Those people are constantly repulsing their human needs, physiologically and psychologically, then we go wondering why they create so much troubles.  Not complicated they live in a world of hate, fear, deny, violence and corruption.

The schedule is warming up around 8 a.m and 8:30 the training starts with some bags, skipping rope, dumbbells, push-up, shadow boxing, till the trainers call you, then you got to work on your technique in the ring with pads and gloves. For me this one on one training was the best,you really can work on the precision and the power of your punches. Then you work in a group, learning different techniques in buddy teams until 10.am. And then the morning training was over, rest was coming for us, but for the loose weight program they had to do an hour of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Then between 11:30 and 2:30 we could go to the restaurant to eat. The Training includes food and the lodge, so you can concentrate more on the camp.

Then the evening training started at 18:00 warming up, 18:30 in the gym and training. Self training, then technique on the ring with a trainer, followed by a group training and then for those who wants to do some sparring can try each other. I did it 3 times, first time against a Russian guy, Igor. He was training there since 10 months and was very quick. Good thing it was sparring !! It all finished around 20:45 and then it was the Krav Maga lessons until 22:00 p.m.  Let’s say my first nights it was not difficult for me to fall asleep after all this training.

My second time was with The World Champion from Russia Denis Varaxa. I was trying many ways to approach him with a punch but impossible. He just played with me the whole time, and I could never hit him. Thanks to me, he gave me a chance and I brought him on the ground with a non solid punch. Thanks for this camera effect, works good. Denis is a great guy, he spoke Russian and a little bit of english, so Alexandra from Bella Russia was translating for us. He his a very serious athlete. Denis is a fighter since he is 12 years old. Started as a Kick Boxer and Muay Thai Fighter, he has over 100 fights and won 70 from all of them. Recently he had a fight with Samkor the champion of Thailand and he won in his category.

Muay Thai fighters are very strong and powerful.  The style of martial art is very interesting, you can hit with pretty everything, elbows, knees, punches, kicks.  The first week was very difficult to eat only what the give to me for my training.  I would have need more food, only because I was burning more calories in one day then usually in a week.

Simbad was the guard of the gym, a big Pitbull.  He his now the father of 4 other big Pit Bull.  In total there is around 6 Pitbull, but only 2 walk free in the gym.  Simbad have this way of always stealing your socks and walk around the gym with them in his mouth or a empty bottle of water.  He his always happy and when he see something he don’t like, he can be very agressive.  He was a strange funny dog.

In between training we could go to the pool or at the beach.  Walking Street is a fun place and it distracts  you just like you need. This is  a very good place to see nice girls dancing, also at night there is many night clubs in Pattaya on Walking Street.  I was there to train but still had great party with the people from the gym in the clubs.  Walking street is well know for their girls.  Sexy Girls dance all nights for men or women.  They play drinking games with you.   The street is packed of bars and clubs, women are everywhere on the street, some places break dance show on the street next to a soccer show, let’s say going down this street is very entertaining. Thai girls are beautiful and good company, some of them speak a very good English, some of them had a boyfriend from somewhere so they speak a little of every languages.  After all of this training you deserve a break I think, this is not easy but it feels good and I will do it again very soon here on Koh Phangan.

Police are investigating the cause of death of two Canadian sisters found dead in their hotel room on Phi Phi Island yesterday afternoon.

The sisters, one aged 20 and the other aged 26, checked in to the hotel on Tuesday.
“They went out and came back to their room that same night, but stayed in their room all day on Wednesday,” he said.
It was not until yesterday that hotel staff became concerned for the women’s welfare.

“A maid knocked on the door to clean the room on Thursday, but there was no response, so the maid thought the women needed more rest and left,” explained Lt Siwa.

The maid returned to clean the room yesterday, but again there was no response to her knocks on the door.

After repeated attempts failed to rouse the women, the maid obtained a master key to open the door.
Lt Col Rat Somboon of Krabi Provincial Police told us that officers at the scene believed that the women had died about 12 hours before their bodies were found.

Police suspect poisoning he said.

“There was a lot of vomit in the room, and both bodies showed similar signs [of trauma]. They had skin lesions and it seemed that they had bled from the gums. Also, their fingernails and toenails were blue,” Col Rat explained.

“We will have experts conduct tests on the vomit and urine samples taken from the scene to try to determine the cause of death,” he added.

The women’s bodies are now being kept at Krabi Hospital in Krabi Town.

The deaths of these two women follow an American and two Norwegian tourists dying of suspected poisoning after staying at ‘The Laleena guesthouse’ on Phi Phi Island in 2009.

Extensive tests failed to provide evidences as to what those three tourists died of.

Early last year, four guests; three foreign and one Thai died after staying at the Downtown Inn in Chiang Mai. While food poisoning was ruled out in that case, the Thai Department of Disease Control speculated that pesticide used as vermin control may have contributed to the deaths.

The Downtown Inn has since been demolished.

Let’s see if this time the police will conclude the same way as the last time or this time will admit what really happens.  We don’t have more news for the moment but will keep up to date.

The MBK Center is on the other hand very useful when you need basic things or even things for your computer, they sell everything  there, and there is also an awesome cinema on the last floor, the place is so big you can spend the whole day there and have a lot of fun shopping.  To get to MBK, The Skytrain is the fastest way.  The Skytrain is an elevated monorail system which transports visitors high above Bangkok’s streets. The BTS is safe, modern, comfortable and fully air-conditioned. The nearest stop is the National Stadium Station, which is connected to the MBK by elevated walkways, you can also get off at the Siam Square stop, which is a 5-minute walk away from MBK.

The most beautiful things are the museum and the monuments, Les champs Élysés with the Triumph Arc and all the nice clubs and stores on the streets makes it wonderful at night and in day time.
